Helvetica movie

I found this movie to be very interesting. I thought that the history of the font Helvetica was very captivating and something I had no idea about previously. I loved seeing all of the different places that Helvetica is present in this world. It is something we all take for granted and do no realize the capacity to which it is used and seen in our everyday lives. I am starting to notice now just how prevalently used Helvetica is. I was intrigued by the idea of helvetica being a font that represents the modernist era. It is plain and simple, the mantra of modernism. However, in more recent times, we have seen how fonts have changed again and gone back to a more expressive take. Personally, I found expressive and abnormal fonts to be more interesting than helvetica.
